1. Service Use
These Terms define conditions, rights, and obligations for using the Bioden website and related services. By using the service, users are deemed to agree to these Terms and applicable policies. Bioden may modify all or part of the service as needed for operational or technical reasons, and material changes will be notified in advance. Users must comply with applicable laws and published usage standards.
2. Intellectual Property
All rights to documents, images, trademarks, logos, technical materials, designs, and other content on this website belong to Bioden or lawful rights holders. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without prior written approval is prohibited. Materials explicitly designated by Bioden for distribution may be used only within the permitted scope. Unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable laws.
3. Disclaimer
Bioden is not liable for service interruption or errors caused by force majeure, network failure, system maintenance, or unlawful acts of third parties beyond reasonable control. Product and technical information on this website is provided for general reference and does not replace independent clinical judgment. Final application decisions must be made by qualified professionals in accordance with relevant regulations.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bioden may limit liability for indirect, special, consequential, business, or data-related damages. Bioden is not responsible for losses caused by user intent or negligence. Where liability is recognized, it is limited to ordinary damages directly related to the relevant event. If a separate contract exists, the contractual terms may prevail.
5. Governing Law
